End of tenancy works
This is widely requested by landlords and tenants alike. At the end of the tenancy period, tenants are required by the terms of the lease to leave the premise in the original condition. This normally means repairing any holes or damage left after fixtures or fittings have been removed and also repainting the walls, ceilings and architrave in the landlords original preferred choice of finish. Any industrial painting and decorating is usually handled by professional painting contractors rather than the tennant.

Steel and Iron work
If you have any steel work (such as roof beams) these can be cleaned down and painted. This would require a scaffold tower or genie lift to be hired, for health and safety purposes. Then the interior walls can be painted with emulsion. This is usually carried out using brushes or spraying equipment, depending on the area, time limit, budget etc. These can be done in any colour or choice of finish to either compliment or contrast.

Floor and line marking
If required, the floors can be painted using industrial floor paint. This is hard wearing and available in a wide range of colours and textures such as anti-slip. Line marking can also be undertaken once dry to provide designated walkways or areas.
